Pachacámac. Unveiling the Mystery of the Lurin Valley
Alejandro Balaguer
This book is dedicated to the territory of Pachacámac. It aims to revaluate the valley, islands, hills, gullies, towns and archaeological remains of the Lurín area in view of the informal growth that is currently taking place. Its visual narration alternates the area’s archaeological sites with its contemporary reality, emphasizing the relationship between the frozen time of the ancient ceremonial centers and the presence of a natural and cultural polychromatic element. It includes an unpublished research on the Lurín geoglyphs by Carlos Brignardello. The prologue is written by Peruvian historian María Rostowroski
