1997 - The Birth of a Vision
Founding of Apus Graph Editions in Lima, Peru. Born from a passion to preserve and disseminate Andean and Amazonian cultural heritage. Anel Pancorvo follows her vocation for culture and editorial arts, creating a company focused on large-format books that combine scientific rigor with artistic expression.
2000-2007 - First Successes and International Expansion
Publication of the first reference works that established Apus Graph's editorial identity. Strategic alliances with prestigious European publishers including Jaca Book (Italy), Hazan (France), and Cesce (Spain). The publishing house positions itself as a bridge between Latin American cultural heritage and international audiences.
2008-2012 - Consolidation and Recognition
Official book presentations in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Lima, Trujillo, Cuzco, and Panama City. Apus Graph publications are recognized as reference works in scientific and artistic communities. The publishing house obtains its license as a carrier of the PERU BRAND, reinforcing its role as a cultural ambassador.
2013-2016 - Emblematic Projects and Cultural Diplomacy
Publication of works such as "Manu - A Legacy Landscape" in co-edition with the Frankfurt Zoological Society, "Río Abiseo National Park" in collaboration with Ministries, UNESCO, Communities and private enterprise, and "Female Power: 5000 years in the history of Peru" with private sector support. Collaboration with the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with publications presented as diplomatic gifts to world leaders, Presidents, members of royal houses, and various distinguished personalities.
2017-2020 - Global Projection
Expansion to Boston, establishing a dual presence between Peru and the United States. Collaborations with UNESCO, United Nations, Harvard University, Getty Research Center, Metropolitan Museum of New York, and other international museums. Consolidation of the catalog with over 50 titles published in multiple languages.
2020-2024 - Adaptation and Resilience
Adaptation to post-pandemic challenges and digital strengthening. Offices in Lima and Boston. Ongoing collaborations with Intéligo Bank, EY Peru, PwC, Government Ministries, Embassies, international organizations, and cultural foundations.
2025 - Apus Switzerland: A New Chapter
Foundation of Apus Switzerland in Lugano, expanding the editorial vision to the heart of Europe. Creating bridges between Latin American and Ticinese cultural heritage, with strategic presence on three continents.
